So come see Cajuns, Creoles, Celts, Chefs, Cooks and canaille culinary Couyons and join us for "The Great Guinness Cook-Off" and show us what ya got!
Load in time begins at 8:00am on March 11th. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and taster's choice. Big thanks to Guinness for prizes. Winner will be announced at Main Stage at 5:00pm. Look to our rules for more info.
Guinness will provide cans of Guinness draught to each team when they arrive at morning check-in.
1st place (Grand Prize) - $250.00 plus a gift basket from Guinness filled with Guinness products!
2nd place - $175.00
3rd place - $100.00
Taster's Choice - $50.00
Grand prize winning team also receives a perpetual trophy designed and made by Bayouland Trophies. This perpetual trophy is then returned after 1 year for the 2017 cook-off and 2016 winners will receive a plaque to keep.
